Our Contactless Pick Up Process

HOW TO PICK UP

Before Pick Up (30-45 Minutes)

Call or text us (713-815-5958) 30-45 minutes before your pick up to let us know you’re headed to the lot. 

Access the Lot

Once at the gate, give us a call for the gate code. You will then locate your trailer according to the number sticker on the front of the trailer. The trailer number will be in your rental confirmation.

Hitch Your Trailer + Guidelines

All of our bumper pull trailers require a 2 5/16″ tow ball and a 7-way pin connector. 

Trailer Hookup Check List:

    • Safety chains crossed and secured to tow vehicle
    • Tow ball hitch pin is attached and pin is secured
    • Yellow breakaway cable attached to tow vehicle
    • 7-way plug attached to tow vehicle and lights working properly
    • Trailer Jack raised all the way up.
    • Coupler secured tow ball and pin secured

Walk-around Video

Once you hitch up to your trailer rental, send me a brief walk-around video of the trailer secured and connected to the vehicle, showing lights working and ramps secured in the back of the trailer.

Drive safe, and give us a text/call if anything comes up. If you get a chance could you please take a picture of the cargo or vehicle loaded on our trailers. It helps us build a gallery to show our customers what can fit on them.

Using our straps

We provide 10′ Lasso straps with our rentals. Make sure to only use the snap hooks on the D-rings. The two common ways they get damaged are by putting the snap hooks on the rub rail and by placing the strap where it rubs.
